Coronation Street Wedding Dress Up for Auction for Ronald McDonald House
A wedding dress worn by Coronation Street actress Sacha Parkinson who played Sian Powers in the programme was donated by Granada for Ronald McDonald's fundraising auction.
You can bid on this size 10 dress made by Forever Unique by attending the fundrasing ball for Ronald McDonald House at the Crowne Plaza Liverpool on Satruday, March 24.
Ronald McDonald House is on the grounds of Alder Hey and provides accomodation to families of very ill children receiving treatment at Alder Hey.
House Director Jan Thomas (pictured left) said:
"We are thrilled to receive such an unusual donation. We are arranging the auction to allow as many brides and memrobillia collectors as possible to have the chance own this special gown."
Ronald McDonald House needs to raise at least £500,000 every year in order to stay open.
